You may return or exchange (where available) your Wilga Online Store purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.
Wilga does not cover the cost of return shipping, so we do recommend using your preferred trackable courier service as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.
Sale and custom fit items are valid for exchange or a store credit only.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within one month of the purchase date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Images of the fault are always helpful too.
You may request a refund, an exchange for another item or a store credit.
At Wilga we respect your privacy. We collect personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling your order. This may include your name, email address, phone numbers, home address and shipping details.
We may also use the information to assist in providing you with relevant information about our product and special offers that may be of interest to you but only if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis.
However, if this occurs then the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.
We may also use personal information to perform credit checks, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
